Windows uses Task Scheduler for running scheduled applications.

Procedure

  1. Search for Task Scheduler.
  2. In Task Scheduler, click Action and then click Create Task.
  3. Name your scheduled task.
  4. Click the Actions tab and click New.
  5. Under Program/script, enter cbc_sylog_forwarder.
  6. Under Add arguments, provide the arguments to run the poll command with absolute paths to any files.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click the Triggers tab and click New.
  9. Schedule your task and click OK.
  10. To test your scheduled task, click the Task Scheduler Library folder in the left column.
  11. Select the task to test.
  12. On the Actions menu, click Run in the right column.
