To view the alerts that are associated with an incident in the SecOps or ITSM app, the form view must be configured in the Incidents' related list.
Procedure
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
- Go to the Security Incident View.
- On the top left corner of the Incident Record page, click Additional Actions.
- Click Configure.
- Select Related Lists.
- Click Edit this view.
- In the list under Available, search for
Alert > Security Incident
.
- Click the right-arrow to move
Alert > Security Incident
to the Selected table.
- Click Save.
- Scroll down and click Show All Related Lists.
The
Alerts tab will display in the list.
