To view the alerts that are associated with an incident in the SecOps or ITSM app, the form view must be configured in the Incidents' related list.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
  2. Go to the Security Incident View.
  3. On the top left corner of the Incident Record page, click Additional Actions.
  4. Click Configure.
  5. Select Related Lists.
  6. Click Edit this view.
  7. In the list under Available, search for Alert > Security Incident.
  8. Click the right-arrow icon right-arrow to move Alert > Security Incident to the Selected table.
    In the Available table, find Alert > Security Incident
  9. Click Save.
  10. Scroll down and click Show All Related Lists.
    The Alerts tab will display in the list.
