Configure the Scope for the Base ServiceNow App

The ITSM and SecOps Apps use a common base app to manage connectivity to Carbon Black Cloud. To configure the scope for this common app, perform the following procedure.

Procedure

1. Log in to the ServiceNow instance.
2. Click Settings.
3. Under System Settings, click Developer.
4. In the application picker, select VMware Carbon Black Cloud.
5. Enable Show application picker in header.
6. Close the popup window.
