MDR and MTH Analyst Email Notifications

You can be notified by email when an MDR analyst takes an action:

• Analyst adds a comment to an alert
• Analyst makes a Likely threat determination
• Analyst makes an Unlikely threat determination
• Analyst completes a threat hunt (MTH only)

Email notifications are sent from [email protected]. To make sure that notifications are not filtered into a junk folder, add this address to your contacts.

Note: Email notifications do not include MDR analyst comments because such comments often contain malicious strings or indicators that are blocked by email filters. Follow the link in the email notification to view the comments in the Alert ID HIistory pane on the Alerts page of the Carbon Black Cloud console.
