Getting Directory Information (SOAR Action in ServiceNow)

Use this SOAR action to get information about a specified directory from the asset.

• This action can be run from an alert and from a device.
• If the action is performed on CMDB devices, you can see the File Systems related list in the configuration item (for example, WIN-7K2KTN5JGVD).
• If the action is performed on an alert, you can see the File Systems related list in the alert. This also applies for Linux.

Tip:

• The c:\users path will return the users directory information only.
• The extra \ in the c:\users\ path will return all files and directory information within the users directory path.
