This parameter sets the time range (in seconds) for the averages of sensor submissions.

Default: 300

For example, the default value of 300 means that if a submit occurs prior to the last 300 seconds, its value is longer counted. This is used to make a rolling average and is only effective if DatastoreReservationCountThrottlingEnabled is True.
