This parameter sets the SQLAchemy database URL that connects with PostgreSQL.

Default: postgresql+psycopg2://cb: <passwd> @localhost:5002/cb

Substitute your password in the default value. For example: postgresql+psycopg2://cb:ZX1234Hbn987G4tk@localhost:5002/cb
