DatastoreSensorUploadAverageMinCount

This parameter sets the minimum number of submissions to keep, even if they are outside the time range specified by DatastoreSensorUploadAverageTimeRangeS.

Default: 20

This setting keeps the average more stable on systems that do not have a lot of activity. It is only effective if DatastoreReservationCountThrottlingEnabled is True.
