DatastoreReservationCountThrottlingBufferPercent

This parameter reduces capacity usage by the specified percentage.

Default: 0

For example, if you set the throttle on the Settings > Sites page of the console to 500KB/s and if this value is set to 10, Carbon Black EDR attempts to use 450KB/s. This setting is only effective if DatastoreReservationCountThrottlingEnabled is True.
