This setting indicates that the Carbon Black EDR Alliance server’s SSL certificate must be validated with the Carbon Black EDR Certificate Authority.

Default: 1

If the server’s SSL certificate is not signed by the Carbon Black EDR Certicate Authority, the connection fails. If your network uses an SSL inspection device, this parameter must be disabled.
