Perform the following procedure to add a custom event to an investigation.
You can create a custom event that you can use to:
- Add a new event type to the system.
- Add a note that displays on its own line in the rows at the bottom of the Investigations page.
Procedure
- On the navigation bar, click Investigations.
- Click Actions > Add Custom Event.
- In the Description field, type a description for the event.
- In the Start Time field, enter the date and time for the event.
- Click Save.
