You can use your VMware Proxy integration to troubleshoot issues related to the reverse proxy client and its connection to the VMware Proxy server.

After you deploy the VMware Proxy appliance and once the client is connected to the VMware Proxy server, this association is reflected in the Integrations tab on the left of the VMware Cloud Director service console.

The VMware Proxy integration status can help you troubleshoot any issues with your reverse proxy appliance and its connection to the VMware server.

Integration Status Description
Active The reverse proxy client is connected and channels between the client and the server are active.
Failed The reverse proxy client is disconnected and there is no active channels between the proxy client and the proxy server.

If you want to remove the integration and you deliberately delete or disconnect the reverse proxy client, the status also displays as Failed. You can remove the integration by deleting it from the Integrations tab.

Degraded The reverse proxy client is still connected to the server but the client is not completely healthy.
