On the Activity Log tab, you can view and sort the activities performed by you and the other service providers, if any, within your organization or within a specific environment.

The tasks are displayed in table view. You can view all the tasks that are performed in your organization, select an environment for which to view the performed tasks, which columns to display, increase the number of tasks per page, and view the task-specific files.

To... You must...
Change the environment. Click the Environment tab at the top of the table and select the environment for which you want to view the performed activities.
View the tasks in your VMware Cloud services organization. Click the Organization tab at the top of the table.
Search for a specific task. Click the Filter grid icon (A Filter icon displayed on the right of each column name.) next to the column name, enter a keyword, and press Enter.

You can search by a task name, entity name, number of steps, status, and user ID.

Sort the tasks. Click a column name.
View the files about a specific task. Click the vertical ellipsis icon (Vertical ellipsis icon) on the left of the task name and select View Files.
View information about a task in progress or a failed task. Click the Expand icon (expand icon) on the left of the task name.

If the task is in progress, you see the details about the running task. If the task has failed, you see the error log about the failed task.

Display or hide specific task details. Click the View columns icon (View columns icon, which opens a menu with the available column names.) at the bottom-left corner of the table and select which columns you want to view.
Change the number of the tasks per page. From the Activities per page drop-down menu below the table, select the number of tasks to be displayed.
