How Do I Retrieve the Public IP Addresses for My VMware Cloud Director Instance That Uses VMware Cloud on AWS SDDC Resources

You can retrieve the public IP addresses that your VMware Cloud Director uses to establish connections to services that are external to VMware Cloud Director service.

If you need to manually configure access to external services to which a VMware Cloud Director instance connects, you must first retrieve the public IP addresses that the VMware Cloud Director instance uses to establish these connections.

Procedure

1. Log in to VMware Cloud Director service.
   • If you are an enterprise customer, log in at https://console.cloud.vmware.com.
   • If you are a CSP-SaaS partner, log in at https://navigator.vmware.com.
2. Click Cloud Director Instances.
3. In the card of the VMware Cloud Director instance for which you want to retrieve the public IP addresses, click Details.
   The Summary panel for the VMware Cloud Director instance opens.
4. Click the Support panel.
5. To copy all public IP addresses that the VMware Cloud Director instance uses to connect to external services, click the Copy to clipboard button.
