View Tasks From the tenant portal, you can view the list of recent tasks, together with their details and status. In addition, you can also see the list of all tasks.
Stop a Task in Progress If you accidentally start an operation before applying or reviewing all necessary settings, you can stop the task in progress.
View Events From the portal, you can view the list of all events, as well as their details and status.
Set User Preferences You can set certain display and system alert preferences that take effect every time you log in to the system.
