If a vApp is in a suspended state and you no longer have to resume the use of the vApp, you can discard the suspended state. Discarding the suspended state removes the saved memory and returns the vApp to a powered-off state.
Prerequisites
The vApp must be in a suspended state.
Procedure
- On the Virtual Data Center dashboard screen, click the card of the virtual data center you want to explore, and from the left panel, select vApps.
- Click
to view the vApps in a card view. - From the Actions menu of the suspended vApp, select Discard Suspended State.
Results
The state is discarded and the vApp is powered off.
