Resetting a vApp clears state (memory, cache, and so on), but the vApp continues to run.
Prerequisites
Your vApp is started and virtual machines in it are powered on.
Procedure
- On the Virtual Data Center dashboard screen, click the card of the virtual data center you want to explore, and from the left panel, select vApps.
- Click
to view the vApps in a card view. - From the Actions menu of vApp you want to reset, select Reset.
Results
The state is cleared, and the vApp continues to run.
