The VMware Cloud Foundation 2.1.3a release includes the following:

Installation and Upgrades Information
You can install Cloud Foundation 2.1.3a by upgrading from your existing 2.1.3 deployment.
Supported Upgrade Paths
To upgrade, install Cloud Foundation 2.1.3 and upgrade to 2.1.3a. The following upgrade paths are supported in sequential manner:
- 2.0 to 2.1 to 2.1.1 to 2.1.2 to 2.1.3
- 2.1.3 to 2.1.3a
LCM Upgrade Bundles
The Cloud Foundation 2.1.3a software BOM contains only VMware vSphere (ESXi 6.0) Patch 5 release (ESXi600-20170604001-standard patch). This patch bundle is hosted on the VMware Depot site and available via the Lifecycle Management feature in SDDC Manager. See Lifecycle Management in the Administering VMware Cloud Foundation guide.
