Upgrade vRealize Suite Components

If you performed a skip-level upgrade, you may need to upgrade the vRealize Suite components in the management domain. The required updates will depend on which components you had deployed prior to upgrade.

Prerequisites

Download the upgrade bundles. See Downloading Bundles. Depending on the vRealize Suite components that were deployed before skip-level upgrade and the version of Cloud Foundation that you upgraded from, you may have to download and apply multiple bundles.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Updates/Patches tab of the management domain.
2. Run the upgrade precheck. See Perform Upgrade Precheck.
3. In the Available Updates section, click Update Now or Schedule Update for the first vRealize bundle and click the date and time for the bundle to be applied.
4. Monitor the upgrade progress. See Monitor Updates.
   After the upgrade completes, a green bar with a check mark is displayed.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for all required vRealize bundles.
