Upgrade Workspace ONE Access

If you have Workspace ONE Access deployed in your environment you must upgrade it using vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager.

Prerequisites

• Download the VMware Software Update bundle for Workspace ONE Access. See Downloading Bundles.

  Note: All vRealize Suite upgrades are sequential. You may have to download and apply multiple bundles, depending on the current product versions in your environment.

• Review the release notes of the Workspace ONE Access version.

• Ensure that Workspace ONE Access cluster nodes are in a consistent state.

• Ensure that the root passwords are the same for all Workspace ONE Access cluster nodes.

• Ensure that you have recent backups of the Workspace ONE Access virtual machines.
