Verify that the VMware HCX Service Mesh between on the on-premises site and the VMware Cloud on AWS mobility SDDC is fully operational.

Expected Outcome

The VMware HCX Service Mesh is operational and the HCX Services all have a Green status.

Procedure

  1. Connect to the HCX Manager and check the HCX Services.

    1. Log in to the VI workload domain vCenter Server at https://<vi_workload_domain_vcenter_server_fqdn>/ui by using an account with Administrator privileges.
    2. From the vSphere Client Menu, select HCX.

    3. In the left pane, click Interconnect.

    4. On the Interconnect page, click the Service Mesh tab.

    5. One the Service Mesh tile, verify that each hexigon under the HCX Services has a Green circle.
