Verify syslog data collection status in VMware Aria Operations for Logs for the clustered Workspace ONE Access appliances.

Validate the agents operation between each Workspace ONE Access node and VMware Aria Operations for Logs to ensure that the agents are configured correctly and that there is network connectivity between the components.

Expected Outcome
Each Workspace ONE Access appliance has an Active status in the VMware Aria Operations for Logs cluster.

Procedure

1. Log in to VMware Aria Operations for Logs at https://<aria_operations_for_logs_fqdn> with a user assigned the Super admin role.
2. In the left pane, select Management > Agents.
3. From the All agents drop-down menu, select Workspace ONE Access - Appliance Agent Group.
4. Verify that for each agent in the list, the Status is Active.
