This operations takes several minutes to complete.

  7. When prompted, verify that the load balancer virtual server for VMware Aria Operations is available and responds to ping requests, and click Dismiss.

If you failed over the NSX load balancer, the NSX load balancer is running in the recovery VMware Cloud Foundation instance. Otherwise, the NSX load balancer is still running in the protected VMware Cloud Foundation instance.

  8. When prompted, verify that the clustered Workspace ONE Access instance is available at https://clustered_workspace_one_access_fqdn/admin, and click Dismiss.
  9. When prompted, power off all running cloud proxy nodes.
    1. Log in to the management domain vCenter Server in the protected VMware Cloud Foundation instance at https://<protected_instance_vcenter_server_fqdn>/ui as [email protected].
    2. In the VMs and Templates inventory, navigate to the remote collector virtual machine folder.
    3. Right-click each remote collector virtual machine and select Power > Shut down guest OS.
    4. On the Confirm guest shut down dialog box, click Yes.
    5. Repeat these steps for all remote collector nodes in the recovery VMware Cloud Foundation instance.
    6. On the recovery plan prompt, click Dismiss.
  10. When prompted, monitor the status of each analytics cluster node.
    1. Log in to the primary VMware Aria Operations node by using the administrator interface at https://<aria_operations_primary_node_fqdn>/admin with a user assigned the Administrator role.
    2. On the System status page, under Nodes in the VMware Aria Operations cluster, locate the node.
    3. Monitor the node until the State becomes Not Running and the Status becomes Offline.
