You create one L4 TCP and one L7 HTTP virtual server for VMware Aria Operations. These virtual servers are associated with the configured application profile and server pool and distribute client requests among the server pool members.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the NSX Global Manager for the management domain at https://<active_nsx_gm_fqdn>/login.jsp?local=true as admin.

  2. From the drop-down menu at the top, select the recovery site NSX location according to your value in the VMware Cloud Foundation Planning and Preparation Workbook.

  3. On the main navigation bar, click Networking.
  4. In the left pane, navigate to Load balancing > Virtual servers.

  5. From the Add virtual server drop-down menu, select L4 TCP, configure the following settings, configure the remaining settings according to your VMware Cloud Foundation Planning and Preparation Workbook, and click Save.
