You can view the support requests of Partner of Record (PoR) approved customers.
Prerequisites
Procedure
- On the VMware Cloud Partner Navigator toolbar, click Support Center.
- (Optional) Filter the displayed support requests.
- Click a filter icon (
) inside one of the table's column headers.
- Enter a string or select the check boxes of the categories you want to display.
- Click a filter icon (
- To view details about a support request, click the subject of a support request.
Results
You view the details of the support request of a customer.
