You can view the support requests of Partner of Record (PoR) approved customers.


To view the Support Center menu, your user account must be linked with your VMware ID. See How do I link my user account with my VMware ID.


  1. On the VMware Cloud Partner Navigator toolbar, click Support Center.
  2. (Optional) Filter the displayed support requests.
    1. Click a filter icon (To apply filtering) inside one of the table's column headers.
    2. Enter a string or select the check boxes of the categories you want to display.
  3. To view details about a support request, click the subject of a support request.


You view the details of the support request of a customer.
