How do I view information about customers

You can view information about the customers of your VMware Cloud Services subscriptions.

Prerequisites

You have the Reseller Administrator or Reseller User role in your organization.

Procedure

1. On the VMware Cloud Partner Navigator toolbar, click Subscriptions > Customers.
   You see a table containing a list of all customers you are doing business with.
2. (Optional) To view additional organizations and organization IDs of a customer, click the angle icon () in the leftmost column of the table.
3. (Optional) To sort the table in ascending or descending order, click any of the column headers.
4. (Optional) To filter the data displayed in the table, click a filter icon () inside one of the table's column headers then enter a string.
   The table updates based on your selection.
5. To view a detailed drill down of all subscriptions, transactions, and organizations of a customer, click a customer name.
   You are redirected to that customer's details page.

Results

You view detailed information about a customer and their subscriptions, transactions, and organizations.

What to do next

• To quickly access the details page of a subscription tied to this customer, click a subscription ID in the Subscriptions table.
• To view more information about a transaction tied to this customer, click a transaction ID in the Transactions table.
