To ensure that FQDNs can be resolved from the cloud SDDC, the DNS resolution needs to be updated.

  1. From within the SDDC select the Networking & Security tab.
  2. Under 'System' click 'DNS'
  3. Remove the existing DNS Server entries
  4. Set DNS Server 1 (and optionally DNS Server 2) to be your on-premises DNS server(s) (usually an Active Directory Domain Controller).
