Configure Citrix Studio to host Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

Configure the vCenter Server and prepare the Citrix Studio to host Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.

Procedure

1. Launch the Citrix Studio and click Hosting > Add Connection and Resources.
2. On the Connection page, enter the details of the vCenter Server where you want to provision the desktops and click Next.
3. On the Certificate Authentication page, select Trust Certificate and click Ok.
4. Select the cluster where you want to deploy the desktops and click Next.
   Your golden image should be in the same resource pool for the Machine Catalog to identify the image and deploy multiple cloning sites.
   If you want to change the Cluster to Compute, then you need delete the existing resource pool and add the new resource pool.
5. On the Storage Selection page, select WorkloadDatastore and click Next.
6. Select sddc-cgw-citrix-desktops as the network to be used by the VMs.
   Note: The network should be DHCP- enabled.
7. Review the summary and click Finish.
