Configure the primary Citrix StoreFront server.

Procedure

  1. From the Start menu, open the Citrix Storefront Console.
  2. On the Welcome to StoreFront screen, select Create a new deployment.
  3. Enter the base URL and click Next.
    You use the base URL to access the applications through HTML5-based browser or the Citrix Workspace App. The Host name should be the VIP/ FQDN of the Load Balancer or StoreFront Server.
  4. On the Getting Started wizard, click Next.
  5. Enter the store name, select the Set this Receiver for Web site as IIS default check box, and then click Next.
  6. On the Delivery Controllers page, click Add and then perform the following:
    1. Add both Delivery Controllers
    2. Select the Servers are Load Balanced check box.
    3. Select HTTP as the transport type and click Ok.
      You can use https if SSL certificate is installed on your Delivery Controllers.
  7. After the Delivery Controllers are added, click Next.
  8. Clear the Enable Remote Access check box and click Next.
    You can configure StoreFront to the Use Gateway later.
  9. Select the authentication methods that you want to your users to access and click Next.
  10. Select the Enable XenApp Services URL check box and click Create.
  11. Click Finish after the store is successfully created.
