Configure the primary Citrix StoreFront server.
Procedure
- From the Start menu, open the Citrix Storefront Console.
- On the Welcome to StoreFront screen, select Create a new deployment.
- Enter the base URL and click Next.
You use the base URL to access the applications through HTML5-based browser or the Citrix Workspace App. The Host name should be the VIP/ FQDN of the Load Balancer or StoreFront Server.
- On the Getting Started wizard, click Next.
- Enter the store name, select the Set this Receiver for Web site as IIS default check box, and then click Next.
- On the Delivery Controllers page, click Add and then perform the following:
- Add both Delivery Controllers
- Select the Servers are Load Balanced check box.
- Select HTTP as the transport type and click Ok.
You can use https if SSL certificate is installed on your Delivery Controllers.
- After the Delivery Controllers are added, click Next.
- Clear the Enable Remote Access check box and click Next.
You can configure StoreFront to the Use Gateway later.
- Select the authentication methods that you want to your users to access and click Next.
- Select the Enable XenApp Services URL check box and click Create.
- Click Finish after the store is successfully created.
