Based on different filter criterias, a , an Organization Administrator or a Organization User can filter databases that are part of an organization or created by a user, and the filtered databases are listed.
By applying filters, you can search a database from a huge list of databases if you provide a string to filter the names of databases. Also, another use of filters can be to list the databases based on a certain criteria or filter to take any necessary action.
To filter databases:
Select Databases from the left navigation pane.
This action displays the Databases view, a table that lists the provisioned databases.
Click SEE ALL FILTERS (FILTERS OFF) at the top of the table in the left-hand side.
This action displays all the filters available.
Select one or more of the filters that you need to apply on the list of databases, and then click the APPLY button at the top in the right-hand side.
This action lists the databases that satisfy the filters applied. The following table provides more information about the available filters.

Status | Select one or more of the database status that are listed in the drop down box. |
User | Select one or more of the Provider Administrator, Organization Users, or Organization Administrators that are listed in the drop down box. |
(Optional) Click the refresh icon at the top of the table in the right-hand side to refresh the list of filtered databases.
(Optional) Click HIDE FILTERS if you choose to hide the filters after applying a filter.
If you want to apply a different filter, you can click CLEAR ALL FILTERS at the top of the table in the right-hand side, and then perform the steps 1 through 5. However, if you have selected a single filter, and you remove that filter, CLEAR ALL FILTERS is deactivated and the table dynamically includes all the databases created in that organization.
