VMware Data Services Manager allows you to configure Log Forwarding for DSM provider VM and provisioned databases. For Log Forwarding, as a DSM administrator, you can either configure ARIA OPERATIONS FOR LOGS CLOUD or ARIA OPERATIONS FOR LOGS ON-PREM.

You can also generate on-demand logs for the DSM provider VM and provisioned databases.

Logs can be analysed to improve productivity of the system, deduce trends, or to troubleshoot, as required.
