You can configure the time that FlexEngine must wait to complete the printer mapping process, and select an action to either terminate the mapping or continue in the background (optionally at a lower priority) when the mapping times out.

Configure the time (in seconds) that FlexEngine must wait for the printer mapping to complete.
PrinterMappingTimeoutAction Configure the timeout action by setting this property to one of the following values.
  • 1 Continue to run the printer mapping in the background without changing the process priority
  • 2 Reduce the priority of the printer mapping process, so there is less impact on the CPU
  • 3 Terminate the printer mapping process
Note: You can override this setting for individual printer mappings in the Management Console.
