You save this file in the root of the VMware Dynamic Environment Manager configuration share.

Helpdesk Support Tool GPO Reference After adding the Helpdesk Support Tool Administrative Template, you can configure all settings through the GPO in Active Directory, by using Group Policy Management Editor.
