VMware Edge Network Intelligence supports integration of ServiceNow, which allows to create a ServiceNow instance for each incident.
To integrate ServiceNow with VMware Edge Network Intelligence:
Prerequisites
Ensure that you have setup a Voyance account in your ServiceNow instance, providing the account with webservice access.
Procedure
- In the navigation panel, click .
- In the Admin Settings window, click External Integration and then click the ServiceNow tab.
- Enter the following parameters:

Enter the username of your ServiceNow Instance. |

Enter the password of your ServiceNow Instance. |
- Click Verify Instance to test the ServiceNow connection.
- Click Create to create the ServiceNow Integration.
Results
The ServiceNow tickets that are created for incidents are listed in the bottom panel. You can filter the tickets by entering a search term, to view specific tickets.
