The VMware Tanzu Greenplum disaster recovery feature enables Point In Time Recovery (PITR) to recover the entire Tanzu Greenplum cluster to a certain recovery point before the disaster. Tanzu Greenplum disaster recovery provides disaster recovery capabilities for Tanzu Greenplum Database based on WAL archiving. It allows you to perform full and incremental backups of a database cluster’s files, as well as do point-in-time-recovery (PITR) from backups.
