Downloading the HCX Connector OVA for Public Clouds

For public cloud deployments, you obtain the HCX Connector OVA from the System Updates selection in the HCX Cloud Manager UI.

Note: Your cloud service provider installs and activates HCX Cloud Manager.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the HCX Cloud Manager service interface: https://hcxcloudmgr-ip-or-fqdn.
2. Log in using HCX administrator credentials.
   Note:

   • For HCX Cloud Manager registered with VMware Cloud Director, log in using HCX system administrator credentials.
3. Navigate to the Administration tab.
4. Navigate to System Updates.
5. Select Current Version.
6. Click Check for Updates.
7. Click Request Download Link.
   HCX downloads the latest HCX Connector OVA.
