Feature

Description

PCoIP Agent

Lets users connect to the remote desktop with the PCoIP display protocol.

The PCoIP Agent feature is supported on physical machines that are configured with a Teradici TERA host card.

Note:

On Windows Vista, if you install the PCoIP Agent component, the Windows group policy Disable or enable software Secure Attention Sequence is enabled and set to Services and Ease of Access applications. If you change this setting, single sign-on does not work correctly.

Wyse Multimedia Redirection (MMR)

Provide multimedia redirection to Windows XP and Windows Vista desktops and clients. This feature delivers a multimedia stream directly to the client computer, allowing the multimedia stream to be processed on the client hardware instead of the remote ESXi host.

Lync

Provides support for Microsoft Lync 2013 Client on remote desktops.

Unity Touch

Allows tablet and smart phone users to interact easily with Windows applications that run on the remote desktop. Users can browse, search, and open Windows applications and files, choose favorite applications and files, and switch between running applications, all without using the Start menu or Taskbar.

Virtual audio driver

Provides a virtual audio driver on the remote desktop.
