Real-Time Audio-Video works with standard webcam, USB audio, and analog audio devices. The feature also works with standard conferencing applications. To support Real-Time Audio-Video, your deployment must meet certain software and hardware requirements.

To use more than one webcam, microphone, or speaker in a remote desktop or published application, Horizon Agent 2209 or later must be installed.
When using Microsoft Teams with Real-Time Audio-Video, remote desktops must have a minimum of 4 vCPUs and 4 GB of RAM.

- Real-Time Audio-Video is supported on all operating systems that run Horizon Client for Linux on x64 devices. This feature is also supported on Raspberry Pi 4 Model B devices running Stratodesk NoTouch Operating System. The client system must meet the following minimum hardware requirements.

The plug-in file (/usr/lib/pcoip/vchan_plugins/libviewMMDevRedir.so) has the following dependencies:
libuuid.so.1 libv4l2.so.0 libspeex.so.1 libudev0 libtheoradec.so.1 libtheoraenc.so.1 libv4lconvert.so.0 libjpeg.so.8
All these files must be present on the client system or the Real-Time Audio-Video feature does not work. These dependencies are in addition to the dependencies required for Horizon Client itself.
- The webcam and audio device drivers must be installed, and the webcam and audio device must be operable, on the client computer. You do not need to install the device drivers on the machine where the agent is installed.
