View Horizon Client Logs

You can view Horizon Client logs for troubleshooting.

• Horizon Client logs are available in the following directory:

  Path_to_program_data_folder\VMware\VDM\logs\debug-[yyyy][mm][dd]-[hhmmss].log

• RTAV agent logs are saved in the following directory:

  Path_to_program_data_folder\VMware\VDM\logs\rtav_agent_[blast|pcoip]_session[session_id].log

• RTAV client logs are saved in the following directory:

  Path_to_program_data_folder\VMware\VDM\logs\rtav_[yyyy]-[mm]-[dd]_[hhmmss]-[ms]_[pid]_[sid].log
