You download a node's error logs from its node details page. If you request support, the VMware support team might request a log bundle from you to help diagnose the issue.


  1. In the Administration Console, navigate to Settings > Capacity.
  2. Open the node's details page by clicking on the hypertext name of the node.
  3. Click More > Logs and download the log package to your local system.

As needed, provide the logs to the VMware support team.
