To enable end users to access their Horizon Cloud desktops and applications in the Hub Browser, you must configure certain settings for Intelligent Hub. Enable the Hub Browser Experience and, if your Workspace ONE Access tenant is integrated with Workspace ONE UEM, verify that Workspace ONE Access is selected as a source for the Hub catalog.

Procedure

  1. Log into the Workspace ONE Access console as administrator.
  2. Enable the Hub Browser Experience.
    1. Select Catalog > Hub Configuration, then click Launch to access the Hub Services console.
    2. Click System Settings in the left pane.
    3. Under Web Experience, enable the Enable Hub Browser Experience option.
    4. Click Save.
    5. Click Back to Workspace ONE Access in the top-right corner to return to the Workspace ONE Access console.
    Note: New Workspace ONE Access tenants created from the Horizon Universal Console have the Hub Browser Experience enabled by default.
  3. If your Workspace ONE Access tenant is integrated with Workspace ONE UEM, make sure that Workspace ONE Access is selected as a source for the Hub catalog.
    1. In the Workspace ONE Access console, navigate to the Identity & Access Management > Setup > VMware Workspace ONE UEM page.
    2. In the Workspace ONE Access Catalog section, select the Fetch from Workspace ONE Access check box if it is not already selected.
    3. Click Save.
