You can edit a host in a manual farm by changing the number of connections that the host supports.

Edit a Multi-session Host in a Manual Farm

You can change the number of connections that a host can support. You can set it to any positive number, or to unlimited. You can only edit multi-session hosts that you set up manually, not a host contained in an automated farm.

Note: You can only edit multi-session hosts in a manual farm. You cannot edit multi-session hosts in an automated farm.
  1. In Horizon Console, select Settings > Registered Machines.
  2. Select a multi-session host and click Edit.
  3. Specify a value for the setting Number of connections.
  4. Click OK.

Add a Multi-session Host to a Manual Farm

You can add a multi-session host to a manual farm to increase the scale of the farm or for other reasons.

Note: You can only add multi-session hosts to a manual farm. You cannot add multi-session hosts to an automated farm.
  1. In Horizon Console, select Inventory > Farms.
  2. Click the farm ID.
  3. Select the RDS Hosts tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Select one or more multi-session hosts.
  6. Click OK.
