To get the health status of the primary and controller nodes, you must run osctl describe node <node>.

Symptoms

The health check can report a failure when something like the following occurs and show unhealthy status like DiskPressure, and so on.

Solution

Login to the Kubernetes node from VMware Integrated OpenStack management vm, and run viossh controller-xxx.
