Update Certificate for VMware Integrated OpenStack

You can update intermediate-signed, root-signed, or self-signed certificates in your VMware Integrated OpenStack.

Procedure

1. Update VMware Integrated OpenStack with intermediate-signed certificate.
   1. Fetch intermediate-signed certificates.
   2. Replace private key in VMware Integrated OpenStack through osctl edit secret certs.

      viocli import certificate -d crt/
      viocli stop/start services

   3. Verify VMware Integrated OpenStack.
2. Update VMware Integrated OpenStack with root-signed certificate.
   1. Fetch root-signed certificate.
   2. Replace private key in VMware Integrated OpenStack through osctl edit secrets certs.

      viocli import certificate -d crt/
      viocli stop/start services

   3. Verify VMware Integrated OpenStack.
3. Update VMware Integrated OpenStack with self-signed certificate.
   1. Generate a self-signed certificate with SAN.
   2. Import certificates into VMware Integrated OpenStack.
   3. Verify VMware Integrated OpenStack.
