End users are the students who take your lab. Each student requires a user account.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation panel, click User & Groups > User Accounts.
  2. On the Accounts page, click Create New.
  3. To create a single user account, click Single account from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter the user account details in the Create Account page.
    1. Enter a legitimate email address as the user name.
    2. Complete the other required text boxes.
    3. Select Generate Password, Show Password, and Welcome email.
    4. Click Create Account, which creates the account and displays the User Access page for the account.
  5. Accept the selected default for User Role and click Update Account.

    The user account is created, and you can view the account details on the Users & Groups > User Accounts > Accounts page.
