You can customize the content that is displayed on the VMware Lab Platform administrator user interface (Admin UI).
Manage Columns |
You use the Manage Columns button to select or deselect the table column options. You can customize the table headings that are displayed on the administrator user interface. In all the menu listing pages, the column display shows the most frequently used and relevant columns by default. |

Filter icon |
Use the filter option to select headings that you want to display in the table list. |

Search icon |
Use the search option to search for a specific entry on the page that you are in. You can reorder the search results by using the drag action. |

Global search icon |
Use the global search icon to easily find any VMware Lab Platform page, portal setting, or documentation link. The search bar option is located on top of all the pages in the administrator user interface. Users with the role of administrators, content creators, instructors, and super users who have access to the VMware Lab Platform administrator interface can use the search option. Or, you can use the CTRL+k shortcut key. |

Bell icon |
You use the bell icon to view all the notifications and alerts associated with your VMware Lab Platform account or instance. |

Help icon |
Use the help icon to view all the help and support options. For more details on the Support panel, see Working with Support Options |
Warnings and errors column
Lists in VMware Lab Platform include a column for warnings and errors to alert you of an issue that exists with an item in the list. You can click the warning or error icon to get more information about the issue.
Action operations
You can perform single, batch, and page operations for different tasks such as adding users for a class, modifying a lab, and so on.
Click the three ellipses on top of the page, and view the list of action options for that page.

Use the Batch Actions option to perform mass or bulk actions for multiple objects in the page. |
Page Actions |
Use the Page Actions option to perform actions that you want to perform only on the current page. For example, download the page content for the current page that you are in. |
Global Actions |
Use the Global Actions option to perform actions that impacts other parts or features of the VMware Lab Platform and not the current object. For example, synchronize template (new templates are displayed in the Lab Builder and some templates are deleted). |
