Account administrators can create multiple anonymous users similar to a single anonymous user for a lab or an event.

Prerequisites

Enable the Portal Settings > Configuration > General Options > Enable Anonymous User Lab access option.

Procedure

  • ♦To create bulk anonymous users, use any of the following options:

    • To open the Account Bulk Upload form, click Users & Groups > User Accounts > Create New> > Bulk Upload option. To upload a CSV file for bulk users, click Attach and add the file.

    • Note:

      To see the supported file format for anonymous bulk users, click the instructions link on the page. The supported format for anonymous user is anonymousUser.

    • Alternatively you can also create bulk accounts with the Account API call.

Results

Bulk anonymous users are created and account administrators can send the quick launch link for the lab to anonymous users.
