Associate an instructor with a lab

Assign an instructor for a lab to the give the instructor full access to the lab.

Procedure

1. To open the InstructorLabMapping List, click Classes > Instructor-Lab Map.
2. Click Create InstructorLabMapping. The Create InstructorLabMapping form opens.
3. Complete the fields of the form.

   Option	Description
   Account	Allows you to select a user from an account list. Select a user having an instructor role.
   Labs	Allows you to select labs from a labs list. Select labs that you want to associate with the selected instructor.

4. Click Create. The system creates an association between the instructor you selected and the lab(s) you selected. This association restricts the instructor’s access only to the labs you selected.
