To detect the calls that exceed a completion time limit, VMware Lab Platform monitors callbacks. Once a callback exceeds the time limit, the system deactivates it and sends a notification to the dashboard to warn you (the administrator).
Once a callback is deactivated, you can:
To resend the callback, re-enable the callback using the Entitlement Callback form .
To retrieve the callback data, contact the VMware Lab Platform support team. Even though the system never sent the callback, the data is retained in the VMware Lab Platform database for a period. The support team can retrieve it for you.
