Add a name for a prepopulated lab template in VMware Lab Platform

The Deployment Pool List includes the Prepop Naming Template option.

You can specify the pattern the system uses to generate a name for a prepopulated lab template. By default, the system uses a single, static pattern for naming the prepopulated templates.

To view the prepop naming template:

1. Navigate to Cloud Management > Deployment Pools.

2. Click the three ellipses on top of the table, and click Prepop Naming Template.

3. To change the prepop naming template, click Prepop Naming Template.
